Registration fee for participants who come from foreign country
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT FOR DENTIST:
Registration fee paid in period until 01.01.2012.-15.02.2012 is 165,00 €
Registration fee in period 15.02.2012.-01.04.2012. is 200,00 €
Registration fee in period 01.04.2012.-01.06.2012. is 250,00 €
Late registration fee in period 01.06.2012-08.06.2012. and on congess day is 265,00 €
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT FOR DENTAL TECHNICIAN:
Registration fee in period until 01.01.-01.03.2012. 160,00 €
Registration fee in period from 01.03.2012.- 08.06.2012 and during the congress 200,00 €
REGISTRATION FEE FOR STUDENTS
Registration fee for students is 740,00 kn (100,00 Euro) with proof of status
NOTE: When making payment, please type your name and surname of the congress participants,
the name of the doctor's office or the company that pays a participation in the congress.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a participant cancels booking for congress, firm Oral-dent d.o.o. shall keep the following amounts of the full price:
all cancellations until 08.05.2012. -20% of the full price
for booking until 08.05.2012.-15.05.2012. - 50% of the full price
for booking until 15.05.2012.-22.05.2012. - 80% of the full price
for booking until 22.05 2012.-09.06.2012 - 100% of the full price
Registration fee includes:
- lunch in hotel “Amfora“ two days
- coffee breaks
- food on welcome party 08.06.2012.
- access to exhibition area
- access to all lectures at the same time
You are required do show registration payment receipt at the registration desk in hotel “Amfora“
